University Affiliate Members and Community College Members receive a number of complimentary registrations. The allocation of complimentary registrations is based on the amount paid in annual dues. Use the chart below to determine the number of complimentary registrations available to your school. By registering for the NCSE Annual Conference, attendees agree to abide to the conference policies. Including in these policies are the registration cancellation and substitution policies. View the full policy online.
NCSE will accept cancellations until December 18, 2018. No refunds will be processed after that date. NCSE will charge a $55 cancellation fee for members and students. All other registration types will be charged a $90 cancellation fee. You may cancel your registration through the registration portal or by emailing conference@
No shows are considered to have missed the deadline and are not eligible for a refund. No refund will be issued for onsite registrations.
Individuals may substitute a registration until December 31, 2018. After that no substitutions will be accepted.
